Monthly Mindful Movement Workshops

Mindful Movement is a gentle practice that brings presence through breath, movement and sound, which allows for a deeper listening and awareness to unfold as we move through our daily lives. These workshops are for anyone who feels overwhelmed, anyone looking to slow down, and those who are looking to reconnect to their HOME (your body) or deepen their connection.

Introductory Session

This is a wonderful place to start your journey. Work one on one with Lacey on foundational Mindful Pilates using the Cadillac Pilates equipment. Through gentle movement we will start to build a trusting and calm environment for you to develop your confidence.
*Special $70 for a 1 hour session*

Private Sessions

All private sessions are one on one with Lacey using the Cadillac Pilates equipment. These sessions are wonderful for anyone who is new to Mindful Pilates or who has specific goals such as managing chronic pain, recovery from injury of surgery, finding your inner strength, or working on more advanced material. We will work together to support and nurture your unique goal/s and open up a range of possibilities.
$90 / 70 minute session
